We created Tea Party Nexus, to have a centralized location to harness the engergy created by the Tea Party Movement to make our government smaller and more pro-freedom

As the Tea Party movement continues to drum up support, we believe it is important to provide ongoing education and support to individuals interested in taking part in the movement. This includes sharing current national news on Tea Party activities, as well as insights into events and policies which will shape the direction of our government and economy. We believe everyone interested in promoting the ideals of pro-freedom, pro-individual government should stay informed of national and local events and when possible learn how to clearly articulate the arguments supporting these ideals. With this in mind we created www.teapartynexus.com

Teapartynexus.com will allow us to provide powerful and free websites to Tea Party organizers across the country. These websites will allow local editors/party organizers to control the local content of each site, but allow members to tap into national, state, and local forums in order to have a much richer exchange of information than what is available from a single site, such as our first project FresnoTeaParty.com. In addition to local content, each website will also receive daily content from our editorial team discussing national events and issues. Over time we will use our deep reach at the local, state, and national level to encourage essays from our elected officials and those seeking our votes.

TeaPartyNexus will enable local discussions and information to grow and flourish, while simultaneously creating a national platform for everyone to share thoughts and ideas on how to better move our ideals forward. Further, each local editor will have a complete set of administrative solutions to communicate directly with every member that registers on a particular site. For example visitors to FresnoTeaParty will continue to see Fresno related information, while being able to discuss ideas on the national forum with contributors from all around the country. Another dimension of our approach is that we are not limited by geographic organization. Any organization can create its own Tea Party site. In such an instance, the "local" forum feature will simply take the name of the organization.
